Use the menu on the top of the page to browse APLBASKETBALL.com by product category. To access more information or purchase an item, you can also click on the product image in the photo gallery at the bottom of each page and you will be taken to the item's product detail page.

When you're ready to complete your order, be sure to review all of the items you've placed in your shopping cart. If you decide that you don't want a particular product, go to your shopping cart and click on the Remove Item option. Once you have all the items you wish to purchase, click the CHECKOUT button.   
 


Payment Options

APLBASKETBALL.com accepts several methods of payment:

Credit Cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover (issued in the U.S.*)
Debit Cards - Visa or MasterCard (issued in the U.S.*)

At this time, we do not accept cash, checks, or money orders, nor do we offer any sort of layaway or C.O.D. service.

*APLBASKETBALL.com currently accepts Credit Card and Debit Card accounts issued by a U.S. bank or financial institution and billed to an address within the 50 states.
 


Pre-Order and Out-of-Stock Items

Many of Athletic Propulsion Labs™ products are available for pre-order due to limited production.


If you place a product in your shopping cart that is available for pre-order, we will indicate the expected “ship to” date and you will not be charged until the order is shipped. If an item is no longer available from our inventory, a message will alert you that the requested item is not in stock. If your order is approved and inventory is out of stock, you will receive an e-mail notifying you of this.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be charged for all shipments to California residents. Tax charges vary depending upon the destination of the package.



Shipping/Handling - U.S.

 

The Athletic Propulsion Labs® delivery team processes orders only on weekdays (Monday through Friday only). Packages ship from our warehouse in Chino, CA.  Orders placed before 12AM PST will be processed the following business day.


We can ship APL packages to all 50 U.S. States.  However, we cannot ship packages to P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories (American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, or The U.S. Virgin Islands), or addresses outside of the U.S.  Currently, there are no exceptions to this policy.  For packages going to Hawaii and Alaska, there is an additional $10 shipping charge.

Shipping and Handling Fees:

Orders placed before 12AM PST will be processed the following business day.  Shipping and handling fees are charged on a per item basis based on the weight of the item as follows.

Ground Shipping: arrives within 3-9 business days of your approved order.

3-Day Shipping: arrives within 3-5 business days of your approved order. 

2-Day Shipping: arrives within 3-4 business days of your approved order.

1-Day Shipping: arrives within 1 business day of your approved order.

Shipments within the Continental U.S. are Free For Orders Over $75.

 

Shoe shipments: Free within the Continental U.S. /Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska Are Calculated By Weight and Shipment Method.
Equipment: $4.95/item
Apparel: $5.95/item

 

 



Shipping/Handling - International

 

The Athletic Propulsion Labs® delivery team processes orders only on weekdays (Monday through Friday only). Packages ship from our warehouse in Chino, CA. to Bongo International in California and then are processed for International shipment. On average it takes two to four days to process an order and then it is shipped out for International processing. On average it can take between seven to 14 days to receive your international order.

 

Shipping and Handling Fees:

 

For International orders, shipping and handling fees are charged on a per item basis based on the weight of the item. These charges are provided at checkout for your approval.

 

Order Tracking - U.S.

When placing an order on APLBASKETBALL.com you will be sent an email confirming your order and another once your order has shipped. It is important to provide a valid email address during your order process in order to receive this communication.

You can check the status of your order at any time by going directly to the Order Status section on APLBASKETBALL.com. Please note that you will need your order number and e-mail address in order to use this feature.

Order Tracking - International

When placing an International order on APLBASKETBALL.com via BongoUS, you will be sent an email confirming your order and will be provided with a tracking number.  Once it leaves our warehouse, the tracking number will be valid and you can track your order at www.bongous.com/tracking.  It is important to provide a valid email address during your order process in order to receive this communication.

Cancelling An Order

Returns/Exchanges

We design Athletic Propulsion Labs products to bring quality, innovation and performance to your active life. We feel the same way about customer service. If you feel the need to return or exchange an item based on the guidelines below, we will gladly make it happen.

Merchandise can be returned for any reason and must be sent back to Athletic Propulsion Labs™
within 10 days from the receiving date or the item(s) will not be accepted for return and will be returned to you at your expense.

Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed and returned in the original box with all packaging materials (including the shoe or apparel bag) in saleable condition to receive a refund or exchange.

If item shows signs of wearing or washing or does not meet the return conditions below, we may be unable to issue a credit or exchange for a replacement and the product may be shipped back to you at your expense.

Your return will be processed within 3 business days of being received at our warehouse and refunds will be issued based on the original method of payment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size or color only. To exchange your product, simply note on the packing slip the item you are returning, and the alternate size or color you are requesting as a replacement. If the size or color requested is available, your exchange will be processed within 3 business days of being received at our warehouse and will be shipped out via UPS Ground plus applicable shipping and handling charges. Exchanges are subject to availability.  A refund (minus shipping and handling) will be processed if the product is unavailable. Freight is not refundable and you will be charged shipping for all exchanges.

Refund Processing

Your return will be processed within 3 business days of being received at our warehouse. You will receive an e-mail notification once your return is approved. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

Refunds will be issued based on the original method of payment. If you return a product purchased with multiple methods of payment, the balance will be applied to the credit card up to the original amount charged.  Refunds will include product and tax amount only. In the event that an incorrect item was shipped, or if products were damaged in transit, we will also include shipping charges in your refund.
 


Return/Exchange Procedures

For merchandise returns, please follow the following steps:

1.) You must call Customer Service at (866) 672-8630 Monday though Friday between 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (not available weekends or holidays) so we may provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#). Without this number clearly written on the outside of the box and on the return slip, your return will not be accepted. 

2.) Fill out the Return Form on the packing slip that came with the order. (If you don't have your original packing slip, just include a note letting us know why you're returning the product. Please include the original order number, purchaser name, address, and telephone number.)
             - For exchanges, please also indicate the alternate size or color.
             - For returns, please also indicate the reason for return.

3.) Pack your return with the completed form (in the original package) and send it to APLBASKETBALL.com at:

  • Athletic Propulsion Labs™ distribution facilities and sales offices do not accept hand or C.O.D. deliveries.
  • It is recommended packages be sent via UPS with a tracking number.
  • Freight is not refundable and you will be charged shipping for all exchanges.
  • You must include a return address. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address on the outside of the package will be destroyed, and we will not replace the contents of the package.
  • All refunds will be credited to the method of payment used for the original purchase.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. A refund will be processed if the product is unavailable.
  • Athletic Propulsion Labs™ reserves the right to amend, modify, revise and/or rescind in its entirety or any portion of the foregoing return and delivery policies in its sole and absolute discretion.
