ORDER PROCESSING/FULFILLMENT - DOMESTIC

Processing Time

Orders placed before 12 PM PT will be shipped same business day. If an order is placed after 12 PM PT, it will ship the next business day. Orders placed Friday after 11 AM PT through Sunday ship out Monday.

In-Transit Time

Does not include standard processing time of 1-2 business days. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays. For information on anticipated delivery (exclusive of processing times), please refer to the APL Shipping Method Chart.

Possible Delays

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our FedEx Ground or expedited options, please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On rare occasions these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

Order Acceptance Policy

Athletic Propulsion Labs reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

SHIPPING/HANDLING - DOMESTIC

Shipments to all 50 U.S. States including P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories (American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, or The U.S. Virgin Islands) over $45 qualify for our complimentary FedEx Ground shipment. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are calculated by weight and shipment method.

Fees

Shipping and handling fees are charged per item, based on the weight of the item(s) and requested transit time.

After you’ve placed your international order on the Athletic Propulsion Labs™ Online Store via FedEx® CrossBorder, you will receive an email providing you with order confirmation and your order number. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. It is important to provide a valid email address during your order process in order to receive this communication. RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We design Athletic Propulsion Labs® products to bring quality, innovation and performance to your active life. We feel the same way about customer service. If you feel the need to return an item based on the guidelines below, we will gladly make it happen.

Return Procedures

For return shipments within the USA, click here to request and print a prepaid return shipping label. All APL items can be returned within 10 days of receiving them if they are in new, unworn condition and in their original packaging along with any promotional gifts.

  • For returns, please complete the form and indicate the return reason.
  • All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, intact, unwashed and smoke-free condition with their original packaging, tags, accessories, and extra laces (if included) to receive a refund.
  • Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged and postage-free.
  • Worn shoes or shoes that do not come with original packaging, tags and accessories are not eligible for a refund.
  • To return with FedEx, drop off your purchase at any authorized FedEx Location or set up a FedEx account to book a collection.
Our Policy

All items must be returned new, unused and with all APL packaging within 10 days of receipt. For shoes, please return all items, including the additional laces, when applicable, and the original shoe box. When you try shoes on, stand on a carpeted surface to protect the soles. We do not accept shoes with soiled soles for return.

Athletic Propulsion Labs® distribution facilities and sales offices do not accept hand or C.O.D. deliveries. It is recommended packages be sent via FedEx with a tracking number. Freight is not refundable.

You must include a return address. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address on the outside of the package will be destroyed, and we will not replace the contents of the package.

International Returns

APL does not cover international return shipping. To return your order, please package up your item(s) and your original packing slip or order confirmation, and return to the address listed below.

Refund Processing

All refunds will be credited to the method of payment used for the original purchase.

Athletic Propulsion Labs® reserves the right to amend, modify, revise and/or rescind in its entirety or any portion of the foregoing return and delivery policies in its sole and absolute discretion.

Your return will be processed within 3 to 5 business days of being received at our warehouse. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

Refunds will be issued to original method of payment. If you return a product purchased with multiple methods of payment, the balance will be applied to the credit card up to the original amount charged. Refunds will include product and tax amount only. In the event that an incorrect item was shipped, or if products were damaged in transit, we will also include shipping charges in your refund.

We inspect all returns and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition and/or beyond the communicated return period limit.
