Processing Time

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Orders placed before 12AM PST will be processed the following business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday. All orders are processed and shipped out of our warehouse in Chino, CA.

Possible Delays

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our UPS Ground or expedited options, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

Order Acceptance Policy

Athletic Propulsion Labs reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

SHIPPING/HANDLING - DOMESTIC

APL services shipments to all 50 U.S. States. However, we do not ship packages to P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories (American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, or The U.S. Virgin Islands) and there are no exceptions to this policy. For packages going to Hawaii and Alaska, there is an additional $10 shipping charge.

Shipments within the Continental U.S. over $45 qualify for our complimentary UPS Ground shipment. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are calculated by weight and shipment method.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a link to track your order. You can also check the status of your order by order number at any time by going directly to the Order Status section on AthleticPropulsionLabs.com. Please note that you will need to create an account with your e-mail address in order to use this feature.

Please allow 2-4 business days for processing and fulfillment of international orders. On average it can take between 7-14 business days to receive your international order. All international orders are processed and shipped out of our warehouse in Carson, CA.

After you’ve placed your international order on the Athletic Propulsion Labs™ Online Store via FedEx® CrossBorder, you will receive an email providing you with order confirmation and your order number. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. It is important to provide a valid email address during your order process in order to receive this communication. RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We design Athletic Propulsion Labs® products to bring quality, innovation and performance to your active life. We feel the same way about customer service. If you feel the need to return or exchange an item based on the guidelines below, we will gladly make it happen. This holiday season APL will accept returns of unworn and unused merchandise through January 8, 2017 according to the conditions listed below. All promotional items shipped with a purchase must be returned. If a promotional item is not received with a return then the full cost of the item is deducted from the refund.

Returns & Exchanges Criteria:

  • Merchandise can be returned within 10 days from the receiving date or the item(s) will not be accepted for return and will be returned to you at your expense.
  • All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, intact, unwashed and smoke-free condition with their original packaging, tags and accessories to receive a refund or exchange.
  • If applicable, all items must be returned with their original packaging, tags and.
  • Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged and postage-free.

We inspect all returns/exchanges and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition and/or beyond the communicated return period limit.

Your return will be processed within 3 business days of being received at our warehouse and refunds will be issued based on the original method of payment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size or color only. To exchange your product, simply note on the packing slip the item you are returning, and the alternate size or color you are requesting as a replacement. If the size or color requested is available, your exchange will be processed within 3 business days of being received at our warehouse and will be shipped out via UPS Ground plus applicable shipping and handling charges. Exchanges are subject to availability. A refund (minus shipping and handling) will be processed if the product is unavailable.

Freight is not refundable and you will be charged shipping for all exchanges.

Refund Processing

Your return will be processed within 3 business days of being received at our warehouse. You will receive an e-mail notification once your return is approved. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

Refunds will be issued to original method of payment. If you return a product purchased with multiple methods of payment, the balance will be applied to the credit card up to the original amount charged. Refunds will include product and tax amount only. In the event that an incorrect item was shipped, or if products were damaged in transit, we will also include shipping charges in your refund.

Return/Exchange Procedures

For merchandise returns, please follow the following steps:

  • You must call Customer Service at (866) 672-8630 Monday through Friday between 7AM to 7PM PST (not available weekends or holidays) so we may provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#). Without this number clearly written on the outside of the box and on the return slip, your return will not be accepted.
  • Fill out the Return Form on the packing slip that came with the order. (If you don't have your original packing slip, just include a note letting us know why you're returning the product. Please include the original order number, purchaser name, address, and telephone number.)
  • For exchanges, please also indicate the alternate size or color.
  • For returns, please also indicate the reason for return.
  • Pack your return with the completed form (in the original package) and send it to:

Athletic Propulsion Labs® distribution facilities and sales offices do not accept hand or C.O.D. deliveries.
It is recommended packages be sent via UPS with a tracking number. Freight is not refundable and you will be charged shipping for all exchanges.

You must include a return address. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address on the outside of the package will be destroyed, and we will not replace the contents of the package.

All refunds will be credited to the method of payment used for the original purchase.

Exchanges are subject to availability. A refund will be processed if the product is unavailable.
