      "Never received! FedEx is the worst delivery service. I had to call and email three times to get delivery sent to me, still no updates at the correct address. No order, no updates via on line or text or emails. I can not even track because FedEx says it was delivered and yet it has not been delivered. I never requested signature on my order and yet FedEx requested that for me so who knows who got my order. I can never get a hold of a human being to answer my calls or help me. Everything is automated and no real service but numbers and recordings. Poor delivery and poor service on APL for not helping to follow up and track my order."
