OUR POLICY

All items must be returned new, unused and with all APL packaging within 10 days of receipt. For shoes, please return all items, including the additional laces, when applicable, and the original shoe box. When you try shoes on, stand on a carpeted surface to protect the soles. We do not accept shoes with soiled soles for return.

Athletic Propulsion Labs® distribution facilities and sales offices do not accept hand or C.O.D. deliveries. It is recommended packages be sent via FedEx with a tracking number. Freight is not refundable.

You must include a return address. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address on the outside of the package will be destroyed, and we will not replace the contents of the package.

 

USA EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We design Athletic Propulsion Labs® products to bring quality, innovation and performance to your active life. We feel the same way about customer service. If you feel the need to arrange an exchange or return an item based on the guidelines below, we will gladly make it happen.

For exchanges or return shipments within the USA, click here to request and print a prepaid return shipping label. All APL items can be exchanged or returned within 10 days of receiving them if they are in new, unworn condition and in their original packaging along with any promotional gifts.

APL Holiday Return Policy: Any order delivered between November 15 and December 31, 2020 must be returned and received by January 10th, 2021 in order to be eligible for an exchange or refund. No exceptions. 

  • For returns, please complete the form and indicate the return reason.
  • All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, intact, unwashed and smoke-free condition with their original packaging, tags, accessories, and extra laces (if included) to receive a refund.
  • Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged and postage-free.
  • Worn shoes or shoes that do not come with original packaging, tags and accessories are not eligible for a refund.
  • To return with FedEx, drop off your purchase at any authorized FedEx Location or set up a FedEx account to book a collection.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

APL does not cover international return shipping. To return your order, please package up your item(s) and your original packing slip or order confirmation, and return to the address listed below.

All returns must be received in unused/new condition, and be in the original shoe box(es) to be approved for a refund. International orders cannot be exchanged. If you wish to receive a different shoe or size, kindly please visit our site and place a new order.

If your order has been sent to a destination within the U.S. all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the US, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Athletic Propulsion Labs. However, you may be

able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau or by hiring a customs broker.

 

REFUND PROCESSING

All refunds will be credited to the method of payment used for the original purchase.

Athletic Propulsion Labs® reserves the right to amend, modify, revise and/or rescind in its entirety or any portion of the foregoing return and delivery policies in its sole and absolute discretion.

Your return will be processed within 10 to 15 business days of being received at our warehouse. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

Refunds will be issued to original method of payment. If you return a product purchased with multiple methods of payment, the balance will be applied to the credit card up to the original amount charged. Refunds will include product and tax amount only. In the event that an incorrect item was shipped, or if products were damaged in transit, we will also include shipping charges in your refund.

We inspect all returns and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition and/or beyond the communicated return period limit.

Shipping is not refundable but you will not be charged shipping for your return.
