Domestic Orders
Most orders placed before 12 PM PST are shipped same business day. If an order is placed after 12 PM PST, it ships the next business day. Orders placed Friday after 12 PM PST through Sunday ship out Monday. Processing time is in addition to transit/delivery time.
Typically, 1 - 9 business days within the contiguous U.S., 3 - 9 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii. Transit times have been impacted by COVID-19 and weather conditions in the U.S., especially during hurricane and fire season(s), with additional delays due to Holiday shipping volume. Delivery Service days are Monday - Friday. Delivery time is between 9AM - 8PM. FedEx Ground picks up packages Monday - Friday. Tracking information is sent with all shipments. All claims for missing shipments must be reported to APL via email at help@athleticpropulsionlabs.com or an SMS text notification within five days of non-receipt of the
package to be eligible for a potential claim.

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our FedEx Ground or expedited options, please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers and cannot guarantee delivery estimates. Expedited shipping charges for orders that are delayed as a result of delivery service provider are not eligible for reimbursement by Athletic Propulsion Labs.
Athletic Propulsion Labs reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Domestic Shipping & Handling
Shipments to all 50 U.S. States including P.O. Boxes, U.S.Territories (American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, or The U.S. Virgin Islands) qualify for our complimentary FedEx Ground shipment. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are calculated by weight and shipment method.
APL offers free ground shipping and returns for the U.S. only. Taxes are charged according to the local and state rates of the shipping location. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a link to track your order. You can also check the status of your order at any time by logging in to the My Account page. Please note that you will need to create an account with your e-mail address in order to use this feature.

International Orders
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and fulfillment of international orders. Most international orders via DHL Express are delivered within 3-5 business days.
All international orders are processed and shipped out of our warehouse in City of Industry, CA.
For international orders, we will calculate and guarantee the lowest possible order total in your preferred currency, including any applicable duties and taxes, as determined by the destination's customs authority. Shipping is charged a flat $20 rate per order. These charges are provided at checkout for review.
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our international shipping options, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. These packages may arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

All returns must be received in unused/new condition and be in the original shoebox(es) to be approved for a refund. International orders cannot be exchanged. If you wish to receive a different shoe or size, please kindly visit our site to place a new order.
If your order was sent to an address in the United States, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the United States, customs/duties and sales tax are non-refundable through APL. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau or by hiring a customs broker.
International Shipping & Handling
If you're shipping internationally, select your desired destination and currency by clicking on the flag icon located at the top left of the athleticpropulsionlabs.com main homepage. Once you add items to your cart, you can proceed to checkout. We will calculate and guarantee the lowest possible order total in your preferred currency, including any applicable duties and taxes, as determined by the destination's customs authority. A flat shipping rate of $20 USD (or in an equivalent local currency) will also be added to your order total. These charges are provided at checkout for your approval.
After you’ve placed your international order on the Athletic Propulsion Labs™ Online Store via DHL Express, you will receive an email providing you with order confirmation and your order number. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. It is important to provide a valid email address during your order process in order to receive this communication. To return your order, please email us at internationalreturns@athleticpropulsionlabs.com to receive your prepaid DHL return shipping label. APL will email you a return label within 24 hours. Please package your item(s) with the original packing slip or order confirmation.
