      NEVER RECIEVED gift card but took my money.

      "I never recieved the actual gift card, just the email confirming that I ordered one and asking for my review. I even called and emailed customer service and they just re sent the email confirming my order and asking for my review. This was suppose to be a gift to my dad for Christmas, extremely disappointed an doused off. I checked my bank account to make sure I was charged and not missing something and sure enough they took 100 bucks but never sent the actual gift card. Customer service is hard to get in touch with and they have a answering service. . for what they charge you’d expect a better customer support in place- ESPECIALLY at the holidays."
