Description

APL is always pushing the limits of what’s possible in performance and our newest introduction the Streamline is our purest, most purpose built running shoe to date. A streamline, by definition, is a design that presents very little resistance to a flow of air, increasing speed and ease of movement. To achieve the superior comfort, cushioning and speed that the APL Streamline delivers, we created a completely new midsole and outsole made from our newest compound; APL FutureFoam.

The APL FutureFoam running midsole compound was developed to provide exceptional compression, rebound and energy return through strenuous testing over the past 24 months. The midsole surface features horizontal channels carved by the wind to make each stride smoothly flow through the air. Additionally, a slanted, forward leaning shank plate is sandwiched between the two-piece midsole to help promote forward motion upon foot strike, and accelerate the gait cycle. The midsole sits atop a lightweight, two-piece rubber outsole that provides excellent traction along your journey.

The upper of the APL Streamline continues the lightweight story using our newest upper innovation, APL AeroLux; a combination of materials all working together to provide ultimate performance and comfort. APL AeroLux combines a lightweight woven textile that is breathable and strong with thin layers of support and vector flow lines to improve airflow around the foot and reduce drag. The Streamline upper features strategic areas of reinforcement to give you the support that you need with the ventilation you desire. The integrated lacing structure allows you to customize your fit to keep your shoes as tight or as loose as you’d like. The Streamline features a Microfiber collar and tongue trim along with a 3D molded, padded heel to reduce friction and make all the inner touch points incredibly comfortable.

The all-new proprietary APL Soufflé sockliner provides a final layer of long lasting, superior cushioning that makes this incredible performance runner have the step in comfort of a recovery shoe. The APL Streamline encourages you to keep moving forward, as fast as you can. 8MM drop. Weight: 7.3 oz.

All of our shoes are unisex. If your size is sold out, simply select a men's size on the site and adjust the fit down by a size and half. For example, a size 9 in women's is a size 7.5 in men's.

Never got the shoes

"I reached out to customer service they told DHL CONFIRMED DELIVERY, it was not even tracked by DHL the tracking number was with UPS. They offered replacement or store credit. I wrote back that I needed the shoes for specific raise and had to rush a go buy another pair so I would like a refund and I have been ghosted."

Amazing Shoes

"I love and have all the shoes with this cloud/ pillow sole. I hate wearing socks and these shoes are the best. I have gotten my husband on board and now his collection rivals mine. Run small

"The shoe, while beautifully designed, fits poorly and feels quite tight on the foot — despite selecting the appropriate size. After some time wearing it, the feet do feel sore and stiff. I would not consider this shoe a comfortable everyday wear shoe."

A Def Splurge!

"These shoes are a bit out of my normal price range, but since they went on sale for Black Friday & I know I like this style I treated myself to an early Xmas gift. These fit my foot like a glove (just a tad tight in the toe box) but nothing I can't work out with my home shoe stretcher. These offer excellent support + comfort. They look "cool" with this new design using different materials that are actually CLEAR/See Thru. I'm still getting use to the neon shoe laces. . . wish they would have included a 2nd pair of just white especially for the elaborate price tag. I love the feel of walking in these - almost cloud like. A close 2nd to the cloud On's I own that are a trail shoe."

Not my favorite APL shoes but still better than other brands

"These are not my favorite. While they got slightly more comfortable, the more I wore them, they are pretty stiff. Fairly difficult to get your foot into and feel very hard on the sole of the shoe. Be sure to size up too. If you’re looking for a good running shoe, I recommend the tech loom zip line instead."
