Description

The iconic APL® TechLoom Pro is our classic APL running shoe that started a movement. The patented one piece woven upper that features innovative performance textiles creates a truly intriguing visual of different knit patterns, color palettes, levels of depth, and intricacy not seen in other footwear. Cushioning is provided by our proprietary Propelium™ midsole/outsole for extreme comfort and clean looks. The TechLoom Pro is truly where performance and luxury intersect. Standard normal width sizing and a slightly wider toe box. 8mm drop. Wt. 7.9 oz.

All of our shoes are unisex. If your size is sold out, simply select a women's size on the site and adjust the fit up by a size and half. For example, a size 7 in men's is a size 8.5 in women's.

  1. Revolutionary TechLoom upper construction is seamlessly woven from performance textiles resulting in a true one-piece upper for an exceptional fit.
  2. Engineered into a single layer; support, breathability, flex and strength are all strategically designed and placed in key areas where each of these specific features are needed.
  3. Midsole/outsole compound developed for direct ground contact, enabling the use of less rubber on the outsole, significantly reducing the weight of the shoes.
  4. Propelium™ is designed to maximize energy generation and provide superior comfort that will maintain midsole structural integrity longer than conventional EVA.
  5. Inspired by the shape of a feather, the outsole incorporates natural motion flex grooves that react to every movement.
  6. 100% Vegan, made with no animal products.
  7. The 8mm drop from the heel to the forefoot places your foot in a natural position for efficient running.

Great with a minor flaw.

"The shoe is really comfortable. I purchased 3 different pair, and everyone has the same issue. When walking on a flat hard surface the back of the show close to the heel gains suction in a small part of the show. It locks in and I can hear and feel it pop every step I make. It only happens on hard flat surfaces, but it is very annoying. The show in general is great and are very comfortable. I feel like the show propels me forward when going for walks or running."

"My husband works in Paintless Dent Repair (PDR), so he's on his feet all day long. We've gone through so many different brands trying to find a shoe that could actually keep up with the demands of his job, and these APL shoes have been the clear winner. With every other brand we've tried, his feet would be aching by the end of the day, and then his knees would start hurting too. Since switching to APLs, he's noticed something completely different—his feet stay comfortable all day. In fact, he'll often tell me that his knees start getting sore before his feet do, which has never happened with any other shoe he's owned. Another huge plus is how breathable they are. His feet stay cool throughout the day, even when he's working long hours. If you spend all day on your feet for work, these have absolutely been worth the investment for us. We will definitely be buying another pair."
